We are a firm of five, Kevin, the Principal, two CAD Technicians, an Interior Designer, and an Engineer (licensed in BC and Alberta). Being less than a bureaucracy, we are all very involved in each project and are very responsive throughout design, construction and as the home is occupied.

We will work directly with you to ensure your dream home is everything you have imagined it to be. At Streamline Design we understand that each home is a personal design with personal desires to suit an individual lifestyle and living needs. Our job is to make your dream come alive and ensure it's the experience of a lifetime. We pride ourselves in our level of customer service, attention to detail and design abilities. We take steps to limit our number of projects, as we are not a volume based business. This ensures that we have the time and resources necessary to provide you with an exquisite design with unique custom detailing. In order to be leaders in the industry we spend a large amount of time on continuing education and R&D on the latest construction processes, building techniques and materials. With this knowledge base and our value engineering capabilities we can make informed decisions and offer unique solutions to save you money.

About the Principal

In 2004, Kevin Simoes started Streamline Design Ltd. Kevin has been exclusively designing log, post and beam and timber frame homes for the past 11 years. Kevin and his team have designed homes all over Canada, the United States and internationally, with recently completed projects in Denmark, Switzerland, Greece, Bosnia, Russia, Austria and the Bahamas. Over the years, Kevin has built a solid reputation and has accumulated an impressive list of awards, including the Chamber of Commerce "Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2008)" and a "Professional Achievement Award" from the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC. He is a Registered Building Designer with the Architects Institute and a LEED Accredited Professional. However, he credits most of his industry knowledge to the wonderful individuals and log and timber craftsman he has had the pleasure of working with over the years. Kevin is an active member in his community, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Abbotsford Downtown Business Association and the Sustainable Business Committee. Kevin is also actively involved with the Environmental Youth Alliance.
