We will work directly with you to ensure your dream home is everything you have imagined it to be. We understand that each home is a personal design with personal desires to suit an individual lifestyle and living needs. Our job is to make your dream come alive and ensure it's the experience of a lifetime. We will provide you with a complete, accurate and custom detailed set of plans that is second to none. Our extensive set of plans will save you time and money during construction, leaving no questions for the builders thereby avoiding costly construction delays and/or changes.

Utilizing ArchiCAD, the latest software in 3D design, we are able to provide you with an animation of both the interior and exterior of your home. We no longer leave it to the imagination as we put you in complete control.

Contrary to popular belief, it is not necessary that you be located near our office. Using phone/fax, e-mail, courier services and our FTP site we can offer close personal service to you anywhere in the world. We also provide custom client CD's of your project which contain floor plans, animations and rendered views on your landscaped lot. This is delivered at every stage of the design process.

We are always available to discuss all facets of the design, whether it's with you and/or your contractor/subcontractors; before or during construction, we are with you from beginning to end. This is part of our service to you as we are part of your building team.
